Non-Holiday: $3950.
Holiday: $4700 (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
Minimum stay is 4 nights. For stays less than 5 days, a 15% surcharge will be added to the daily rate (above weekly rate divided by 7).
Weddings & Events:
Up to 25 people: $1000 additional.
Up to 50 people: $1500 additional.
